Strategy
Phase 1: Clear Mobs
- Work through dungeon clearing regular mobs
- Meet minimum kill requirement (30 kills)
- Watch for Kuma/Rima summons during fights
Phase 2: Mini-Bosses
- Defeat Kalgas Akin - handles summons
- Defeat Kalgas Balt - ranged pressure
- Destroy both Stele obelisks
Phase 3: Kalgas Boss
- Tank positions boss away from party
- Manage Lesser summons throughout fight
- Healers maintain party health
- DPS focus on Kalgas
Tips
- Bring HP/MP potions
- Clear summons quickly to reduce damage
- Coordinate with party for efficient clears
- Farm daily for complete armor sets
Set Completion
To complete a Kalgas set:
- Obtain all 4 pieces (Helmet, Suit, Gauntlet, Boots)
- Upgrade each piece to +10 or higher
- Combine with Behemoth weapon for full pre-DR setup
