Class Change

The Class Change system allows players to switch to a different job class while keeping their level and Dragon Rank.

Overview​

Made a mistake with your class choice? Want to try something new? The Class Change system lets you start fresh with a new job.

How It Works​

What Changes​

  • Your job class
  • All skills reset
  • Skill points refunded
  • Stat points refunded (optional)

What Stays​

  • Character level
  • Dragon Rank
  • Equipment (if usable)
  • Inventory items
  • Penya
  • Quest progress

Accessing Class Change​

The Class Change feature is accessed through the in-game menu:

Start Menu -> Character -> Class Change

Cost​

The cost to change your class depends on your character's level:

The higher your character's level, the more expensive the class change becomes.

Using the System​

  1. Open the Start Menu
  2. Navigate to Character
  3. Select Class Change
  4. Unequip class-locked items if needed
  5. Select new class from list
  6. Confirm your choice
  7. Redistribute stat/skill points

Class Change Options​

From First Job​

Can change to any first job class.

From Second Job​

Can change to any second job class.

From Third Job​

Can change to any third job of your base class line.

Restrictions​

  • Cannot change during combat
  • Cannot change in dungeons
  • 24-hour cooldown between changes
  • Some event items may not transfer

Tips​

  1. Research first - Know your new class before changing
  2. Store gear - Keep old equipment for alts
  3. Plan stats - Different classes need different builds
  4. Check guides - Read class guides before deciding
