Rune Dungeons
In one sentence: Dungeons that drop cloak / rune materials so you can upgrade your Dragon Cloak.
Quick version (do this)
- Progress Dragon Rank until the rune area unlocks for you.
- Enter Krono (and later rune dungeons when open).
- Farm rune fragments / cloak materials.
- Spend them in the Dragon Cloak system.
