Dragon Cloak
In one sentence: Quest for cloak keys, then exchange your current cloak + keys + mats at [Dragon Chip Dealer] Jeff — this is not inventory +upgrade.
Quick version
- Get a Starter Dragon Cloak (LVL 0) — level-up gift around level 2 and/or shop paths; Dragon Guide card from level 15.
- Do the next cloak quest (Julia early → Nicolas mid → Steward Drago late) for the right key.
- Talk to Jeff → cloak upgrade menu → hand in key(s) + red chips/other mats + current cloak.
- Wear the new stage; repeat until Golden / Ultimate (LVL 10).

Overview
Bonuses that scale per stage:
- HP%
- Monster damage%
- Movement speed
Starts from character level 15 on the Dragon Guide (not gated by Dragon Rank). Higher wearable stages need higher equip level (late stages need 120–150).

Separate recipes exist for Insane cloak variants using the Ultimate cloak + fragments / chips / perin — check Jeff’s menu; not required for the main 0–10 ladder.
How to get keys and the starter cloak
Starter cloak (LVL 0)
- Level-up gift around level 2 (starter cloak item).
- Shop paths may sell the starter (e.g. station vendors).
- Open Dragon Guide from level 15 for the cloak card.

Other cloak paths (optional)
- Rune / fragment craft and Insane variants may exist as alternate or post-Ultimate recipes (crafting / Jeff menu). Confirm in-game; do not skip the main Jeff ladder unless you know the alt path.
- Prestige cloaks (e.g. event / achievement cloaks, Shenlong wings from late content) are separate from LVL 0–10. See endgame dungeon pages when relevant.
Tips
- Start the Julia chain early (guide from level 15).
- Always keep your current cloak in inventory for Jeff’s exchange.
- Stock red chips and Itore before mid stages; balls/perin before late stages.
- End keys need high level / Steward Drago quests — plan ahead.
