Obsidian Dragon Sets
In one sentence: Farm Obsidian Fortress then exchange a class set box at Hiroshi, turn Eternal Essence into Obsidian Dragon Sapphire at Ernst, then upgrade the pieces.
Quick version
- Farm Dark Dragon Hearts in Obsidian Fortress (Abyssus).
- Exchange a class AoE or 1on1 Obsidian Dragon set box at [Obsidian Set Exchanger] Hiroshi.
- At [Dragon Fragment Exchanger] Ernst (Flaris), trade Eternal Essence + Green Dragon Sapphire for Obsidian Dragon Sapphire.
- Use Obsidian Dragon Sapphire on your Obsidian Dragon set pieces (same sapphire-upgrade flow as Black Dragon sets).

Hiroshi has two menus: AoE set boxes and 1on1 set boxes. Materials are the same; the box type differs.

Where hearts come from: Obsidian Fortress / Abyssus. Heartstones come from armor dusting and related play — match names in your bag to the NPC list.
Upgrade — Eternal Essence → sapphire → gear
Eternal Essence is not used directly on the set. You convert it into Obsidian Dragon Sapphire first, then upgrade the armor with that sapphire.
Step 1 — make Obsidian Dragon Sapphire

Step 2 — upgrade the set
- Use Obsidian Dragon Sapphire to upgrade Obsidian Dragon Set pieces.
- Item text: Use the Obsidian Dragon Sapphire to upgrade your Obsidian Dragon Sets.
- Flow matches Black Dragon set sapphire upgrades (sapphire on the gear — not Crafting, not normal Oricalkum +).
After sapphire work, keep powering pieces with normal systems: Upgrade Systems (+ / pierce / element / awake).

Don't mess this up
- Do not try to apply Eternal Essence straight onto Obsidian armor — make Obsidian Dragon Sapphire at Ernst first.
- AoE and 1on1 are different Hiroshi menus. Pick the box type you want.
- Entry requirements for Obsidian Fortress: always trust the teleporter.
